The Police & Fire Retirement System (PFRS) of the City of Detroit has appointed AndCo Consulting as its new investment consultant, following an RFP issued in August 2021.
Wilshire Advisors was the other finalist.
As of June 2021, the most recent report listed on PFRS’ website, the pension fund had a 15 percent target allocation to real estate.
