Dermody has acquired 251 South Pinnacle Drive in Romeoville, Ill., located in the Interstate 55 south industrial submarket of Chicago. The 40-acre site will become LogistiCenter at Romeoville, a 460,428-square-foot class A logistics facility. It will break ground this spring, with completion anticipated in first quarter 2026.
LogistiCenter at Romeoville offers access to the Midwest’s extensive transportation network. The site is near major interstates and highways, including I-55, I-355, I-80, I-294 and State Route 53. It is also near the Union Pacific Joliet Intermodal Terminal and BNSF Logistics Park, Chicago.
