Delancey appoints Emma Murray as capital strategies director

Delancey has appointed Emma Murray as director of capital strategies.

In her new role, Murray will work across Delancey’s debt and equity capital strategies, supporting existing mandates, new opportunities and separately managed accounts.

Murray will focus on business development and institutional relationships. She joins Delancey as the firm expands its investment and capital strategy activities across real estate.

Delancey has strengthened its real estate credit platform with the launch of lending vehicle AlbionArc Capital. Other recent milestones include a growing equity mandate from a U.K. pension fund, a £1 billion ($1.4 billion) strategic partnership with Australian superannuation fund Aware Super to invest in U.K. commercial property, and a real estate lending partnership with Cynergy Bank.
