The Davis Cos. has promoted Quentin Reynolds to president and CIO. Reynolds, who has led the firm’s acquisition team for more than a decade and has served as CIO since 2020, will oversee the investment management business and platform expansion, working alongside CEO Stephen Davis to continue growing the firm’s investment platform.
Since launching commingled real estate funds in 2009, Davis Cos. has raised approximately $2.9 billion in equity across five value-added funds. As a fully integrated owner, developer, operator and fund manager, the firm invests across all real estate asset classes, with a primary focus on residential, industrial and self-storage, and science and technology assets. In his new role, Reynolds will oversee strategy formation, strategic partnerships and fund management across the firm’s expanding platform.
Reynolds joined Davis Cos. in 2013 and led the firm’s investment team during the investment periods for Funds II through V. He chairs
