Andrew Kurd will join as managing director to lead the New York City office of The Davis Cos. Kurd will be a member of the firm’s investment committee and will focus on growing the firm’s investment platform throughout the region and across all of Davis’ multi-asset class investment strategy.
Kurd joins Davis after more than 15 years in the real estate investment and banking sectors in the Greater New York market. Most recently, he served as the co-CIO at Savanna, where he led the underwriting, acquisition, financing, and disposition of more than $4.5 billion in transactions. Before joining Savanna in 2010, Andrew worked in the commercial real estate group at Deutsche Bank.
