Dalfen Last Mile Industrial Fund IV, a U.S. industrial real estate fund managed by Dalfen Industrial, has reportedly held a final close with $290.6 million in equity commitments.
Dalfen Industrial declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
Dalfen Last Mile Industrial Fund IV is believed to have opened to investors in 2018. The vehicle is 100 percent focused on high-quality last-mile industrial assets and follows a value-add investment strategy.
The fund’s investor base consists of high-net-worth individuals, as well as institutional investors. A fundraising target was not disclosed at the time of publication.
