Cushman & Wakefield has appointed student housing veteran Travis Prince, as well as Victoria Marks, to its Student Housing Capital Markets team.

With extensive industry experience, the team will maintain a national reach within the student housing industry. The team offers full-service capital market capabilities including the acquisition and disposition of student housing assets across the United States.

Student Housing Capital Markets will be partnering with Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group that spans across the nation with significant on-the-ground presence and strong established relationships in key markets. This partnership offers both a global and national platform for a broad spectrum of support and specific market focus and execution.
