CTP to acquire Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub for €307m

CPT has bought the Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub (ALC) for €307 million ($361 million).

ALC will be the largest distribution center in Amsterdam.

After completion, the complex will have approximately 120,000 square meters (1.3 million square feet) of leasable floor space, including 90,000 square meters (969,000 square feet) of storage space and 11,000 square meters (118,400square feet) of office space. There will also be 1,700 parking spaces and 200 loading docks.

It is located close to the A10 motorway and the North Sea Canal.
