Crow Holdings Realty Partners IX, a value-added fund managed by Crow Holdings Capital, has raised $752.25 million, according to an SEC Form D filed on April 16.
Launched in November 2019, Crow Holdings Realty Partners IX seeks to acquire value-added real estate assets in the United States. The fund focuses on the multifamily, convenience and gas station, industrial, retail, self-storage, and student housing sectors. The firm was unable to confirm whether this was a first close for the fund, or provide further comment on its fundraising activity due to regulatory rules.
