Crow Holdings partnership completes third and final sale at new three-building industrial project in Salt Lake City

Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has represented the joint partnership of a fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, Gardner Batt and BCG Holdings in the disposition of the third and final asset sale at the Mountain View Industrial Park, a newly developed three-building, multi-phase warehouse/distribution project totaling approximately 1.26 million square feet in Salt Lake City.

The latest sale consisted of the project’s Building B, a 179,400-square-foot class A industrial building situated on 10.35 acres that was 100 percent leased to a molecular diagnostics company. Building B was acquired by LBA Logistics.

The sale of Building B also marks the conclusion of the partnership’s disposition of the entire Mountain View Industrial Park project, which was sold building-by-building between 2022 and 2024. Phase 2 also includes the 243,232-square-foot Building C that was sold in early 2024 to a global investment manager. Phase I comprises a new large freestanding
