Crow Holdings launches new real estate fund

Crow Holdings Capital Partners has launched a new fund, Crow Holdings Realty Partners IX, according to a document filed with the SEC on Nov. 18.

An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.

Crow Holdings follows a value-added investment strategy with a focus on cash-generating, lower-volatility property types, according to the firm’s website. The firm’s expertise includes developing new properties, repositioning and converting existing assets, enhancing property management, and institutionalizing properties in asset classes characterized by fragmented ownership. The firm’s investments are geographically dispersed across the highest-opportunity U.S. markets.

Fund IX will seek to create a diversified portfolio of domestic value-added real estate.
