Cromwell Property Group sells four Dutch office buildings

Cromwell Property Group has sold four office buildings in the Netherlands from funds it asset manages on behalf of Goldman Sachs.

The assets totaling 25,417 square meters (273,586 square feet) of lettable space were sold from the Omikron, Zenith and Artemis portfolios. The sale prices have not been disclosed.

In Rotterdam, Cromwell sold the 5,867-square-meter (63,152-square-foot) Alexandrium office building to Van Ettekoven Holding BV. The 5,530-square-meter (59,524-square-foot) Overschiestraat 59 office building in Amsterdam was sold to Lianeo Real Estate. The office building at the Verheeskade 25 in Den Haag of 12,265 square meters (132,019 square feet) was sold to Marie Simon BV, and the Boris Pasternaklaan 12-20 in Zoetermeer, an office building of 1,755 square meters (18,890 square feet), was sold to Van der Kooy Vastgoed BV.

Richard den Hartigh, head of asset management, Benelux, says: “We selectively refurbished parts of two of the buildings to make them more attractive to new occupiers resulting in more than 3,795 square meters (40,849 square feet) of new leases and 10,156 square meters (109,318 square feet) of renewals.”
