Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has promoted Wouter Zwetsloot to head of real estate in Europe.
In this role, he will take on additional responsibility for the overall property and asset management of Cromwell’s €3.7 billion ($4.2 billion) assets under management in Europe, as well as continuing to head up the Benelux region.
“The creation of this role reflects the recent shift of emphasis in our business towards managing assets for the long-term on behalf of an increasingly diverse range of investors,” said Wouter Zwetsloot, head of real estate Europe at Cromwell Property Group. “The real estate team will have a strong focus on coordinating all aspects of asset and property management, ranging from tenant customer relationship management to ensuring operational consistency and efficiency across regions.”
