Cromwell EREIT Management, a subsidiary of Cromwell European REIT, has sold the Kiinteistö Oy Opus 1 office asset in Helsinki, Finland for €16.2 million ($16.5 million).
The buyer is Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj.
The Finland office asset, constructed in 2008, has about 6,821 square meters (73,421 square feet) in net lettable area and an occupancy rate of 90 percent. It is located in the submarket of Herttoniemi, about 8 kilometers (5 miles) east of central Helsinki.
In a separate deal, Cromwell E-REIT acquired its third logistics asset in the United Kingdom for £18.9 million (€22.3 million/$22.6 million). The asset is fully leased to Kammac, a U.K.-focused, third-party logistics company, on a 10-year triple-net lease.
