Craig International to develop $250m mixed-use project near Dallas

Craig International has plans to develop a $250 million mixed-use development in McKinney, Texas, and has broken ground on the project, known as District 121.

The District 121 mixed-use development is located at the northeast corner of State Highway 121 and Alma Road. The $250 million project, which is on 17.85 acres adjacent to Craig Ranch and anchored by Kaizen Development’s 200,000-square-foot, class A, eight-story office tower, will be a destination retail, corporate and restaurant development that includes approximately 40,000 square feet of retail and 520,000 square feet of office, along with other uses such as a hotel.
