Covenant Capital Group has raised $344.02 million for its Covenant Apartment Fund IX, according to an SEC filing.
Covenant Apartment Fund IX is a U.S. multifamily value-added real estate fund. It will target assets in markets such as Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
Covenant Capital Group held a final close of $260 million for Covenant Apartment Fund VIII. The value-added fund focuses on acquiring, renovating and repositioning apartment communities in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic.
