CoStar Group has named Alexa-Maria Rathbone Barker as head of CoStar Europe.
In her expanded role, Barker will oversee CoStar’s operations in the United Kingdom and lead the company’s European expansion. With product launches planned in France, Spain and Germany, her multilingual skills and pan-European expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and building CoStar’s presence in new markets.
Barker joined CoStar Group as head of European sales, where over the past three years she has led sales strategy and execution for the company’s market-leading platforms across the United Kingdom and Europe. Prior to CoStar, she spent a decade at Bloomberg in senior leadership roles, focusing on international growth and leading the European Analytics team.
