Corvette, Crown Student Living create €473m U.K. student housing JV

Corvette Capital and Crown Student Living have partnered up to develop £400 million (€473 million/$480 million) worth of student housing assets in the United Kingdom.

The venture plans to develop a 426-bed asset at a Nottingham site, has secured initial planning permission for a site in Birmingham, and has planned projects in Bournemouth and Leicester.

“The aim-built pupil lodging market continues to develop, as these finding out at British universities more and more select protected, well-equipped and socially supportive locations to dwell and examine,” said Simon Gordon, the co-founder of Corvette Capital.
