Cortland has named three new members to its team: Sandra Kim-Suk, CFO; Michelle Johnstone, executive vice president of client relations; and Chelsea Holder, capital markets and head of investor relations.
Kim-Suk will lead the firm’s financing and capital strategies, financial reporting, governance, and tax structuring and help to drive company profitability. With an extensive background in finance and having served companies such as Engine No. 1, Northwest Equity Partners and L. Catterton, she will be a member of the executive committee and will lead a team of approximately 140 finance and accounting professionals in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Johnstone will lead capital-raising efforts across all investment strategies, focusing on U.S.-based institutional investors and consultants.
