Cortland has appointed Jennifer Glasgow vice president of brand strategy and experience to lead Cortland’s national resident experience strategy.
In this role, Glasgow will lead the strategy and execution of Cortland’s brand vision across its multifamily portfolio, elevating the overall resident experience and advancing the company’s market presence. She will oversee the integration of brand standards across digital and on-site touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience. Glasgow will also collaborate with teams across investments, operations, marketing, communications, product and development to drive innovation, improve resident satisfaction and retention and support long-term asset performance.
