Core Spaces has broken ground on Hub College Station, a multibuilding student housing community located in the heart of the Northgate District just steps from Texas A&M University.
Located on College Main Street, Hub College Station will be the largest new student housing development in Northgate, delivering a combined 570 units and 2,201 beds across two buildings spanning more than seven acres. Each building will consist of seven stories and a diverse mix of floor plans, all connected by a multilevel precast parking garage.
“This marks our first development in College Station, and our first ground-up student deal in the state of Texas.
