Core Spaces completes 19-story student housing community in Atlanta

by Andrea Zander

Core Spaces has delivered Hub Atlanta, a 292-unit, 792-bed purpose-built student housing community located in the Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta near the Georgia Tech campus.

The 405,947-square-foot property stands 19 stories high and offers studio through six-bedroom floorplans. In keeping with Core’s approach to creating next-level resident experiences, the property offers an elevated amenity package including a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working spaces and private study lounges, a rooftop pool deck with hot tub, dog park and New Here Coffee café. The mixed-use development also offers 6,990 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a four-story parking garage.

The design ethos is focused on a hospitality-influenced experience with strong residential undertones and contemporary art pops. Sophisticated and tailored yet funky and fun, the interiors embrace colors and texture, incorporating a vibrant palette to complement the vibrant city of Atlanta
