Core Spaces has acquired Villas on 24th, a new 199-unit, 670-bed student housing community in Austin.
The property was developed by Austin-based firm Villas Student Housing, its eighth development in the market. TSB Capital Advisors consulted on the financing for the acquisition.
Ideally located in the heart of the University of Texas’ West Campus at 2313 Rio Grande St., Villas on 24th is a best-in-class, boutique-style asset designed to elevate the student living experience. With a mix of studio through six-bedroom floor plans, all offering bed-to-bath parity, the community also features premium layouts with media and vanity rooms in select units.
