CORE Real Estate Capital (CREC), a Columbus, Ohio-based private commercial real estate investor, has promoted Aaron Dixon to president after more than five years as COO.
Prior to joining CREC, Dixon served as senior vice president of REO Operations for Albertelli Law.
As COO at CREC, Dixon was responsible for directing all operating components of CREC, including finance, asset management and investor management. As president, he will be expanding his role as he acquires additional senior-level responsibilities.
Concurrently, managing partner Jeffrey Coopersmith will assume the titles of chairman and founder. Dixon and Coopersmith will collaborate closely in an effort to build out the firm’s acquisition strategy and manage its investments.
