Cording Real Estate Group has launched its £400 million ($511 million) Cording U.K. Residential Investment Fund that will invest in the private rented sector (PRS) on behalf of continental European investors.
The fund has been launched with equity commitments of £100 million ($128 million) from German institutional investors.
Cording, which has two U.K. offices in Manchester and London, is expecting to raise an additional £150 million ($192 million) of equity commitments from continental European institutional investors.
