Continental Realty Corporation has acquired CityPlace Doral, a 235,096-square-foot, grocery-anchored destination retail center in Doral, Fla., for $87.5 million.
JLL represented the seller, PGIM Real Estate, and procured the buyer. JLL also worked on behalf of Continental Realty Corporation to secure an acquisition loan.
Completed in 2017, CityPlace Doral is a multi-building destination retail center that is now 82 percent leased. Prominent tenants include The Fresh Market, CMX Cinebistro, Anatomy, Novecento, Coopers Hawk, Carrot Express and Tap 42. The 17.66-acre site also includes two parking garages totaling 1,692 spaces, and a luxury residential property (which was not part of the transaction).
CityPlace Doral is accessible from the Palmetto Expressway, Dolphin Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike.
