Continental Properties Co. has closed Continental Properties Real Estate Development Fund IV LP with $203 million in total capital commitments. The company develops, owns and operates middle-income suburban rental housing.
Proceeds from the fund will fuel the development of 10 to 15 suburban multifamily communities under Continental’s trademarked brands: Springs Apartments and Authentix Apartments, drawing on a robust pipeline of projects that have already cleared the company’s initial investment committee approval.
