The Connecticut Investment Advisory Council has approved commitments of $200 million to Artemis Real Estate Partners Income & Growth Fund II and $184 million to Sterling Value Add Partners IV, on behalf of the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (CRPTF).
Artemis Real Estate Partners Income & Growth Fund II is managed by Artemis Real Estate Partners and invests in the United States in a diverse range of property types, with a focus on the multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage and retail sectors.
Sterling Value Add Partners IV is managed by the West Palm Beach, Fla.–based Sterling Organization and targets investments in grocery-anchored shopping centers, street retail, power centers and mixed-use properties in major markets across the United States.
