The ConAm Group has raised nearly half of its fundraising target for its ConAm Multifamily Partners Fund III, a November SEC filing shows.
The fund has so far secured $77.8 million in capital from 153 investors adding significantly to its purse since its launch in October, when it reported $14.3 million from 35 investors.
The fund is targeting $200 million.
The ConAm Group seeks to acquire value-added apartment communities and currently operates as the general partner and property manager for more than 8,000 apartment units. It is active in the Arizona, California, the Carolinas, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington markets.
