Commodus to invest €400 million this year

Commodus, private equity investor with a focus on real estate, plans to allocate €400 million ($483 million) to the acquisition of office and mixed-use properties this year. In addition to the major German cities of Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, the European metropolises of Madrid, Paris and London have been in focus as target markets since 2020.

Leonhard Sachsenhauser, managing director at Commodus, said, “In 2021, we want to invest a further €400 million [$tk million] in mixed-use properties, and urban developments, in line with our active asset management strategy. Our focus lies on the three most important German cities as well as the most dynamic European metropolises.
