Commercial development in Singapore placed on the market for $341m

Cushman & Wakefield and JLL Singapore have been appointed to sell the ASIA Green, a premium class A commercial development in Singapore, with a S$470 million ($341 million) sales price, reported Business Times.

It is located on an 86,110-square-foot site with a total net lettable area of 285,559 square feet. Built in 2009, the property comprises two eight-story office towers linked by a double-volume entrance lobby with retail and food and beverage units on the ground floor. Tenants include Hitachi Asia, NCR Asia Pacific, Aldwych International, BNP Paribas Wealth Management, and Sysmex Asia Pacific.
