The $276 million Arapahoe County (Colo.) Retirement Plan has rehired Ellwood Associates as its investment consultant, according to retirement plan administrator Lew Quigley.
The pension plan had issued an RFP in November 2016 in search of an investment consultant for due diligence purposes.
In June 2016, Ellwood Associates entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Colorado-based Watershed Investment Consultants, which had been the pension fund’s previous investment consultant since 1998.
Arapahoe County has a target allocation to real estate of 20 percent.
