Colonial invests €485m in Paris office complex

by Andrea Zander

Colonial has finalized the purchase of the Amundi's headquarters in Paris for €485 million ($510 million).

The building is located at 91–93 Boulevard Pasteur near Montparnasse station and comprises almost 40,000 square meters (430,555 square feet). It is the seventh-largest office building in Paris.

The asset, which was previously owned by the insurer Primonial REIM France, has been occupied since 2012 by Amundi, Europe’s leading asset management company, with a mandatory 12-year lease from Feb. 1, 2022. The property has been completely renovated and has 17 floors that offer a horizontal layout of 2,100 square meters (22,600 square feet), efficient distribution and high energy certifications. 91–93 Boulevard Pasteur is placed in the heart of the 15th Arrondissement of Paris, near the Montparnasse station, one of Paris’ main rail hubs.
