Colliers Global Investors has created a fixed capital investment company (SICAF) dedicated to the management of a residential property located at Viale Monza 137/139 in Milan, following the completion of an ambitious redevelopment project led by Harrison Street and Artisa Group, an international real estate development company active in the Swiss and European markets.
The new SICAF is owned by Harrison Street and Artisa and is intended to manage any assets acquired by the firms’ programmatic joint venture, which was first announced in December 2023. The launch of the SICAF, which will be managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR, marks a significant step in the development of innovative real estate models that combine regeneration, sustainability, and returns for investors. It also supports Harrison Street’s vision of making investments in alternative real assets across geographies with leading partners among the highest-quality products.
