Colliers International has announced that Martin Chavez has been appointed senior director, corporate solutions Asia Pacific.
Based in Shanghai, Chavez will lead the corporate solutions team in China and spearhead the growth of the China Corporate Solutions platform working closely with the local business and leadership.
He has more than 17 years of professional experience and 12 years in China real estate. Prior to joining Colliers, Chavez led MNC Occupier Services for Cushman & Wakefield China, collaborating with leading brokers and Corporate Services teams of both inbound MNCs in China and outbound Chinese companies expanding into global markets. Additionally, he also held senior level positions at JLL and CBRE, based in Beijing.
