Colby River has appointed Jackie Robinson as managing director of Colby River Property Management.
Colby River launched in September following a spin-out of Dandara Living Management from the Dandara Group. The company operates across a wide range of asset classes including single-family, multifamily and student living. Its end-to-end model spans investment and asset management through to leasing and property management.
Robinson leads the property management arm of the business working in partnership with Delphine Deasy, managing director of capital management, to ensure full alignment between investment strategy and on-the-ground performance as the company continues to scale.
