COIMA sells 60,000sqm Energy Park asset for undisclosed amount

Italian independent asset manager COIMA has sold the 60,000-square-meter (650,000-square-foot) Energy Park in Italy to an investment fund managed by a controlled affiliate of Starwood Capital Group for an undisclosed amount.

The asset is a LEED Platinum–designated business park located on the outskirts of Milan.

The building is fully let to Nokia, SAP, Esprinet, and Stanley Black&Decker.

COIMA has a portfolio of more than 150 properties, 40 of which are LEED certified.

Starwood Capital is a global private investment firm, focused on real estate and energy investments. The firm has more than $60 billion in assets under management.
