Cohen & Steers has appointed Jon Cheigh as president, effective Jan. 1, 2025.
Cheigh remains CIO and will continue to focus the majority of his time on leading the investment department.
Cheigh joined Cohen & Steers in 2005 as a research analyst on the U.S. real estate team. He was promoted to portfolio manager in 2008, head of global real estate in 2012 and CIO in 2019.
