Cofinimmo Offices, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cofinimmo, has divested an office building located in the central business district of Brussels for €36 million ($45 million).
The site offers approximately 10,000 square meters (107,639 square feet) of office space.
“With this transaction, we pursue our ESG strategy and the overall rebalancing of our portfolio and demonstrate our ability to perform asset arbitrages,” said Jean-Pierre Hanin, CEO of Cofinimmo.
