The Cofinimmo Group has completed the divestment of six office buildings in Belgium for €60 million ($66 million). The agreements already had been signed and announced.
The buyer is undisclosed.
Six properties were sold as part of the REIT's office-divestment program. The cumulative amount of divestments carried out since Jan. 1, 2023 therefore reaches approximately €300 million ($330 million), which is in line with the target set at the beginning of the year.

This demonstrates our ability to perform selective asset arbitrages in the current challenging market environment.”
