CNP Assurances has acquired an 85 percent interest in a portfolio of 7,600 residential assets in France from CDC Habitat, a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts. The deal was valued at €2.4 billion ($2.65 billion). Ampère Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat, retained a 15 percent interest in the portfolio. AEW advised CNP Assurances on the acquisition.
