JLL has appointed Cleavon Tan senior vice president, hotels and hospitality group, Hong Kong. Effective immediately, Tan will focus on providing strategic advisory services to Hong Kong’s diverse hotel sector, growing and strengthening JLL’s platform in Hong Kong, deepening client relationships and expanding the firm’s presence across the hospitality sector in this key global market.
Tan brings more than a decade of hospitality advisory expertise to his new position. Before relocating to Hong Kong, he was based in Singapore within JLL’s Hotels Advisory team, where he worked extensively across markets in North Asia, Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean. He also spent time with JLL’s Hotels team in London, gaining exposure to a different advisory environment and mature market dynamics.
