Clarion Partners is partnering with Wentworth Property Co. to develop Highmark, a new 162-unit townhome and apartment community in Bozeman, Mont.
Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) on eight-plus acres in the broader South University District master-planned neighborhood, Highmark is bringing high-quality rental housing options to one of the most rapidly growing micropolitan areas in the United States. Leasing began in April 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion in late 2025.
