Ohio-based Citymark Capital, which acquires market-rate, institutional-quality multifamily assets in top U.S. markets, has locked in $149.2 million for its Citymark Capital U.S. Apartment Fund III, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
Citymark invests in institutional-quality apartments ranging from 100–500 units per property.
The closed-end, value-added Citymark Capital U.S. Apartment Fund III is investing in multifamily assets in the United States. According to the filing, the investment vehicle has a fundraising target of $400 million.
