Indianapolis-based Citimark has closed on the acquisition of the former HHGregg property located at 4151 E. 96th St. on the north side of Indianapolis.
Redevelopment planning for the infill 27-acre site is currently under way. Uses being considered for the redevelopment strategy include single- or multitenant flex, industrial, and “last-mile” uses, while preserving the flexibility for some retail outlots.
The current site consists of more than 400,000 square feet of office, industrial and showroom buildings. The campus previously served as the headquarters for major consumer electronics and home appliances retailer HHGregg, as well as its warehouse, distribution and retail showroom functions. The facility has been vacant since the company ceased operations in 2017
