SC Capital Partners, a Singapore-headquartered private equity real estate investment manager, has appointed Christopher Hur as managing director, investments, further strengthening the firm’s senior leadership and expanding its hospitality investment capabilities.
Based in Singapore, Hur will work closely with the firm’s management team to lead hospitality activities and hospitality platform strategies across the region, with responsibility for origination, execution and portfolio growth across the firm’s hospitality and living sector investments.
Before joining the firm, he served as CEO of Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a Southeast Asia hospitality platform backed by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital. In this role, he led the group’s strategic initiatives, platform expansion, and capital management.
