Chinese group to invest in Hawaiian development site

Hawaiian developer The Resort Group has formed a partnership with Chinese investment group Reignwood International to develop 1,100 acres of Kauai's Princeville Resort in Hanalei, Hawaii, according to the Pacific Business News and the Honolulu Star. The partnership is valued at $343 million.

The Resort Group sold the interests in 1,100 of its 8,200 acres at Princeville, including the golf course and surrounding parcels, to Reignwood International. The resort community is scheduled to be unveiled at the beginning of
