A venture of Angelo Gordon and Hines has been marketing the 1.5 million-square-foot office tower at 131 S. Dearborn St., in Chicago, with a $750 million price tag, reported Real Estate Alert.
The Citadel Center is 36 stories tall. It underwent a $100 million renovation in 2018. Renovations include work in the lobby, the creation of a 182-seat conference center, as well as a 9,000-square-foot roof deck on the 12th floor.
