Charlie Haase joins Aetos Japan as managing director

Aetos Japan has hired Charlie Haase as a managing director to support the firm’s strategic business development efforts. 

Prior to joining Aetos Japan, Haase was general manager with Tokyu Land Corporation’s U.S. Planning Group. Haase was also a founding member of Tokyu Livable’s global business development group, offering real estate services and investment management to overseas clients, and facilitating investment in Japanese real estate by foreign investors.

Prior to joining Tokyo Livable, Haase spent nearly nine years as a real estate investment officer for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.
