Charles River Realty Investors has held a final close of $290 million for its third fund, Charles River Realty Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund series targets value-added investments in New England, with a specific focus on Boston. The fund will invest across all property types, including office, retail, industrial, hotels, senior housing and student housing.
Charles River Realty Fund II, the fund’s predecessor, held a final close of $250 million in February 2013. Charles River Realty Fund I raised $170 million and held a final close in 2008.
